Official Title:Agreement of October 20, 2011 Accepting the Regulations Indicated and Their Corresponding Procedures for Evaluation of Compliance as Equivalents to the Official Mexican Standard NOM-041-SEMARNAT-2006, Which Establishes the Maximum Permissible Limits of Gaseous Pollutants Coming from Exhaust Gases from Petrol-fuelled Motor Vehicles in Circulation and Official Mexican Standard NOM-047-SEMARNAT-1999, which Establishes the Characteristics of the Equipment and the Measuring Procedures for Checking the Limits of Contaminating Emissions, Coming from Motor Vehicles in Circulation which Use Petrol, Liquefied Petroleum Gas, Natural Gas or Other Alternative Fuels, and Recognising these as Valid for the Purpose of Accrediting the Compliance of the Certificates they Indicate, at Points of Entry to the Country.
