The European Commission have recently published a draft version of the proposed Implementing Regulation on Emergency Lane Keeping Systems (ELKS) for comment. This draft Implementing Regulation, referred to as Ares (2021) 302456, specifies the technical requirements, test procedures and administrative requirements for the type approval of ELKS. The closing date for interesting parties to submit comments to the European Commission on this draft Implementing Regulation, via the European Commission's "Better Regulation" web site, is February 11, 2021.
