The 92nd meeting of the European Commission's Technical Committee - Motor Vehicles (TCMV) is scheduled to take place, via WEBEX, on September 30, 2021. Topics to be discussed at this meeting include a new draft Implementing Regulation on the functional requirements necessary to carry out market surveillance activities, a new draft Regulation on determining the performance of heavy trailers regarding their impact on the fuel consumption and CO2 emissions of the vehicles which tow them and updates to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/683 on the templates for information documents, approval certificates, etc.
