On March 20, 2023 NHTSA published in the Federal Register (Vol. 88 No. 53; Docket No. NHTSA -2022-0018) a Notice and Request for Comment concerning its Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The subject OMB request deals with a new collection of information to conduct an experiment to gather both objective and subjective data regarding occupant/passenger seat preference in ADS-DVs. There was a Federal Register information request issued on March 7, 2022 regarding this subject; no relevant comments were received. Comments for this request must be submitted by April 19, 2023.
