InterRegs has just passed its 3 yearly Quality Assurance (QA) certificate renewal inspection, which means we are now accredited to the latest version of the international standard for quality management, ISO 9001:2008. (ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses, and applies to the processes that create and control the products or services an organisation supplies).
This latest accreditation means that InterRegs is committed to providing the right product and service to our customers reliably, using suitably trained/experienced staff, and that we are listening to and reacting to customers' requirements. It shows that InterRegs has demonstrated it has good management control over the services and products it provides, and that the management procedures are 'Quality Assured'.
