We are now calling for nominations for next year's 2016 SAE/InterRegs Standards and Regulations Award - candidates can self-nominate or be nominated by another individual. Nominations must be submitted electronically from the SAE/InterRegs Standards and Regulations Award website by JUNE 15th 2015.
The Award recognizes a practicing engineer who has provided significant contributions to standards, regulations or conformity assessment systems for improved safety or reduced emissions in a ground vehicle mobility product. The individual can work on the standards/regulation language or on an automotive product to comply with the standards/regulations.
The winning engineer will be presented with an engraved memento and $1000 cash prize at the 2016 SAE Government Industry Meeting in Washington DC.
