In response to customer feedback, we've now added a clever, time-saving feature which allows InterRegs.NET subscribers to navigate directly to highlighted text changes within an amended document.
Historically, InterRegs have indicated changes to the content of a document by highlighting the text amendments in blue and marking the right column of a page with a blue line. We will continue to use this proven approach, but we have received feedback from customers that this blue mark-up can still be time-consuming to find in a large document.
We have addressed this issue by including a "view changes" link for amended documents in both the "New & Updated" section of the site and in the document "details" page. By clicking this additional link, the document is opened on the first page that changes take place (as indicated by the blue text/line), with a custom set of bookmarks generated to allow you to jump from one changed page to the next. The details page also includes a "view changes" link for all entries in the document update history, allowing you to use this feature on historical versions of a document as well.
